The Houston Police Department said officers responded to an alarm call at 13484 Northwest Freeway at about 11:30 a.m. Police said the incident started at a Walmart parking lot and may have stemmed from a bank robbery. HPD said a chase with several suspects ensued all the way down the 610 West Loop, with the suspect vehicle eventually crashing out near Almeda and Wichita. SkyEye was above the end of the chase, where officers could be seen detaining someone. Police confirmed three suspects were involved and placed into custody. An officer at that scene told ABC13 there was a potential carjacking at a gas station, adding that the suspects weren't successful at getting a woman out of her vehicle.Investigators said they're still working to learn more about what happened.Have a breaking news tip or an idea for a story you think we should cover?
