m. There, officials said that officers found a man with gunshot wounds, and he was later pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators learned that the victim entered the apartment complex and was followed by a suspect, identified as 31-year-old Carlos Padilla, who had exited a black van, authorities said.HPD says the suspect fled the scene in a black van.The suspect, 31-year-old Carlos Padilla, is described as a man wearing a black ski mask and a red t-shirt, according to HPD.
