m., firefighters responded to a home in the 1700 block of Lourdes Drive for a fire reported by a neighbor. There was smoke coming from a second-floor window, with smoke detectors alarming, according to initial reports.Crews arrived on the scene and found the fire in the basement along with one victim.According to the release, the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
