Casa Maranello in Florida's Delray Beach is located within Stone Creek Ranch, aka “Billionaires’ Row,” was inspired by Ferrari.

There are those who appreciate cars, and then there are car fanatics. Aldo Stark, founder of Prestige Design Homes, is in the latter category. His automotive marque of choice?neighborhood, often dubbed “Billionaires Row.

” There are just 37 home sites behind the guard-gated entrance, each backing up to a man-made lake, and this latest offering, listed by Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman, is just one of five that Stark is building in the exclusive enclave. This residence is sequestered behind its own gates on a 2.5-acre lakefront parcel. Stark christened the home Casa Maranello after the location of theInside a Rocking Palm Beach Mansion Made With Rare, Vibrant Marble From Around the WorldThe vast living room has two seating areas that are a mirror image of each other, with a vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa in between.Stark, who works alongside his wife Fiorenna, pays homage to his love of Ferrari through several design elements. These include a steel statue of the iconic Ferrari horse situated in the center of a water fountain near the home’s entrance; a vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa parked in the living room; and a 12-car auto gallery that is visible from the living room. More a museum than run-of-the-mill garage, four chandeliers hang from the double-height herringbone wood ceiling in the auto gallery, and automated doors and carbon monoxide detectors were installed so that no fumes seep into the home by accident. Though the gleaming collection of Ferraris pictured in the auto gallery does not come with the home, a passionate future owner may be able to negotiate with Stark to purchase the vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa that’s parked in the living room.Spread over one level with soaring ceilings, elevated finishes and custom light fixtures, the home sprawls over more than 21,700 square feet and has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Just as Ferrari meticulously designs its cars, Stark spared no expense when it came to sourcing the highest quality materials, with various types of marble and onyx found in nearly every room. The lavish attention to detail begins at the porte-cochère, which has a rainfall water feature and tropical landscaping. Just inside, there’s a sleek foyer with abstract backlit marble wall accents and, just to the left, a home office. Further in, the great room has the gradiose proportion of a hotel lobby, complete with two sitting areas that mirror each other, dual-sided gas fireplaces, two movie theater-sized screens on opposite walls, and, of course, the red Testa Rossa. Adding to the boutique hotel vibe, there’s a larger-than-life, 30-foot-long bar—the Maranello Bar—with a counter crafted of tiger skin onyx and seating for more than sixteen. The nearby formal dining room, with ample wine storage, seats 20 at a Brazilian onyx dining table, and a corridor with a living green ceiling and bonsai trees leads to the massive kitchen, complete with a towering wall of storage and a T-shaped stone island with an integrated table for casual meals. Avid entertainers and professional chefs will appreciate the catering kitchen, which has a private entrance for staff. There are two large primary suites, both with marble fireplaces, a sitting area, and apartment-sized designer closets with onyx islands and custom sculptural chandeliers. The en suite bathrooms, with mosaic ceiling tiles and marble design details, have a glass-enclosed shower in the center, surrounded by a freestanding tub and dual vanities. The additional bedrooms are equally impressive and all have a private bath. While the bathrooms feel like mini spas, the home has an actual spa that rivals many resorts. Inspired by Bulgari spas, it includes an indoor pool, a Himalayan salt room, a steam room, a sauna, and a full gym. There’s also a beauty salon, a recreation room and a 12-seat theater. Outside, in a grassy landscape dotted with Italian cypress and palm trees and punctuated with vibrant sprays of bougainvillea, there’s a 95-foot-long pool and hot tub; a poolside cabana with a bathroom, kitchen, and bar; an outdoor dining area; a basketball/pickleball court; a private soccer field; and a putting green. And, since this extraordinary home was built by a car fanatic, let’s not forget the parking lot-sized motor court.Inside a Rocking Palm Beach Mansion Made With Rare, Vibrant Marble From Around the WorldThis Grand 1920s Pasadena Mansion Was Designed by Trailblazing Architect Paul R.
