"I don't want to say on behalf of the other teams and say why Sundowns are doing better than them. I will say about us as Chiefs. I think Sundowns are doing the things right. They have been signing players who fits the team's system of play and also there has been continuity in the team. They understand each other very well and they keep their culture," he said to journalists during a media day held at Naturena.

Zwane added that he wants to do the same for Chiefs next season, identifying and signing players who will fit into the team system.
"That's what we also want to do. Bring in players who we know will fit into the team and but into the culture of the team. But you can not do that overnight. You need hard work and patience which at times is not there. But we will continue working and building a team that will compete for things. "We have to start this season by finishing second and qualify for Champions League. To do that we need to win our remaining six games and wait and see what happens else where," Zwane added. Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United and Chiefs are in a three-horse race in a fight for that second position.
