Former president Jacob Zuma is serving a 15-month jail term for refusing to comply with an order to appear at the State Capture Inquiry.
PIETERMARITZBURG - Proceedings in the arms deal trial against former president Jacob Zuma and the Thales Group is postponed to 9 September.His legal representatives must submit his medical records by 20 August.The State may appoint its own doctor to examine Zuma's fitness to stand trial.
Zuma is currently serving a 15-month jail term for refusing to comply with an order to appear at the State Capture Inquiry.
