“In our last meeting, they were still finding their feet,” said the midfielder in reference to the back-to-back league and cup clashes that Amakhosi won in a space of a week in November. “[But] we are still on top and we are still on top [of the log]. We want to continue doing well and they are also doing well but they haven’t got the real test. Their real test in on Saturday.”
Chiefs head into the game still reeling from their elimination by Highlands Park from the Nedbank Cup last weekend, while Pirates return to the field have been idle for 12 days without a competitive match.
