PETALING JAYA: Professional men’s singles shuttler Lee Zii Jia fought hard to secure his spot in the Thailand Open final on Saturday. The world No. 10 player bounced back from a game down to win 18-21, 21-12, 21-13 against Taiwan’s Chou Tien-chen in the semi-finals. Former All-England champion Zii Jia has now equaled the head-to-head score between him and the world No. 14 shuttler, with both players having won five times again each other.
