Zhamira, who is married to Jay Wheeler, will tour her debut album in the spring

around the world in May. Zhamira will kick things off on May 1 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and continue to Miami, Orlando, New York, Lima, Peru, Santiago, Chile, and wrap things up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

“It’s such an overwhelming mix of excitement and nerves, but I’m choosing to see the nerves as a sign of how much this moment matters,” Zhamira said in a statement to. “Being able to sing in front of the people who have carried my music in their hearts for years is something I don’t take lightly,” she added. Zhamira continued: “The shows are going to be intimate and intentional, with a huge priority on connection. I want the music to create a safe space where people can heal, disconnect from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and feel everything without holding back — to laugh, to cry, to scream, to feel seen.
