Zegna Group, a leading luxury menswear brand, has reported a 2.2 percent increase in revenue for the 12 months ending December 31, 2023. The company attributes this growth to the success of its recent fashion show, featuring the ultra-luxury Vellus Aureum collection, and its ongoing global expansion. Zegna also announced the appointment of a new creative director and anticipates diverse performance across various geographical markets in 2025.

Zegna Group reported a 2.2 percent increase in revenues to 1.94 billion euros for the 12 months ended December 31, compared to 1.9 billion euros in the same period last year. This positive performance was attributed to the success of the recent Zegna fashion show , which was lauded as one of the brand's strongest presentations. The show featured the ultra-luxury Vellus Aureum, crafted from the finest wool and developed through Zegna 's expertise and unique supply chain.

This showcased Zegna's leading position in timeless luxury menswear. Gildo Zegna, chairman and chief executive officer of the group, emphasized the brand's commitment to its global merchandising and retail expansion, with significant additions in the United States and Europe. He expressed excitement for the upcoming brand showcase at New York Fashion Week in February. Zegna also announced the appointment of a new creative director, succeeding Peter Hawkings. The designer's debut collection for Zegna will be presented at Paris Fashion Week in March. Looking ahead to 2025, Zegna anticipates diverse performance across various geographical markets. While the Americas and EMEA regions have demonstrated solid growth in the first weeks of January, the company acknowledges the potential for ongoing volatility in consumer demand in China. Zegna remains prepared to navigate these challenges with a strategic focus on key priorities: strengthening brand equity, investing in strategic projects, and leveraging existing strengths. In 2024, the EMEA region reported a 3.3 percent growth in sales to 680.2 million euros, representing 35 percent of the total revenue. Sales in the Americas amounted to 524.8 million euros, a 15.4 percent increase, accounting for 27 percent of the total. Greater China experienced a 14.5 percent decline in sales to 509.4 million euros, representing 26 percent of the total, reflecting the challenging consumer environment, particularly in Mainland China. The rest of the Asia Pacific region saw a 19.4 percent rise in sales to 229.9 million euros, representing 12 percent of the total
