The stores are expected to open later this year, according to state filings.
Work on both stores — a 4,778-square-foot location at North Star and a 4,461-square-foot location at La Cantera — is expected to start in April and conclude in July, state filings indicate. The renovations are anticipated to cost $1.3 million combined.
Gucci, Aritzia, Chanel Beauty, Yeti and Freebird have recently opened locations at La Cantera and Fat Tuesday, Doc Martens, Offline, Aerie and Trade home shoes have recently opened locations at North Star, a Brookfield spokesperson said.
