KUALA LUMPUR: Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s criminal breach of trust and corruption trial at the High Court has been adjourned for a day as he needs to discuss Cabinet appointments with Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin.
“His presence is needed in the discussion with the prime minister on the formation of the Cabinet,” Hisyam said. Sequerah said the trial, which began on Nov 18, would continue tomorrow. The prosecution has called 39 witnesses so far.
