A Zachry Holdings Inc. subsidiary and its joint venture partners won’t have pay $1.3 billion in damages related to a 2022 explosion at a liquefied natural gas facility that they had built in Freeport on the Gulf of Mexico. This week, a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Houston dismissed a lawsuit filed by a group of insurers who sought reimbursement from Zachry Industrial Inc.
