Showtime’s new limited series starring Bryan Cranston, who plays a New Orleans judge faced with a terrifying family dilemma.
Showtime released the official trailer today for the upcoming 10-episode limited series, and the clip does a good job setting up a life-or-death quandary: Cranston plays Michael Desiato, a respected New Orleans judge whose teenage son, Adam , is involved in a hit-and-run accident that results in the death of the son of a much-feared crime family boss .
Also starring is Hope Davis as the mob wife Gina, Carmen Ejogo, Isiah Whitlock Jr., and Sofia Black-D’Elia. Guest stars include Amy Landecker, Margo Martindale, Lorraine Toussaint, Chet Hanks, Lamar Johnson and Lilli Kay. Peter Moffat serves as showrunner, executive producer and writer of multiple episodes. The series is executive produced by Robert and Michelle King, and Liz Glotzer. Edward Berger executive produces and directs the first three episodes.produced by CBS Television Studios in association with King Size Productions, based on the Israeli seriescreated by Ron Ninio and Shlomo Mashiach.
