A crowd gathered around two young women fighting and police arrived to find one 'in a chair in the front yard, complaining of a bite to her face.'
Nolancia Jeresea Johnson and Taleria Bivins were charged with disorderly conduct. Their bail was set at $10,000, and they were each released after a few hours in jail, May 16, 2024. A crowd gathered around two young women, early in the morning, and police arrived to find one “sitting in a chair in the front yard, complaining of a bite to her face.”
Johnson told the officer Ta’Leria Bivins was the person who bit her. Then, Johnson was taken to the hospital. Bivins was driving a white SUV, circling around Johnson’s home, while Johnson “appears to attempt to open the front passenger side door; however, due to it being locked, she is unsuccessful and falls backwards.”
Four seconds after that, “ is able to stop from biting her, and throws a punch at while grabbing her hair.”“The physical altercation continues and is observed biting face again, in the same spot.“They hold this position of biting each other until when bystanders intervene and pull out from under .”
She said she was walking past Johnson’s home when Johnson “ran to the road with a knife. stated that she wanted to run from ; however, was afraid that she would get stabbed in the back.“ stated someone broke up the fight and advised she did not remember how she got home and was possibly picked up by her friend.”
Finally, officers went to another hospital emergency room where Johnson said the incident began at about 5 a.m. when she and her cousin were driving, and “Bivins] came to the vehicle and hit the driver.
