A breath analysis at the scene showed the presence of alcohol, after which Jackson grew non-compliant and somewhat disruptive. As she was being placed in the patrol car, the police said Jackson burped, and it smelled strongly of alcohol.
A bottle of partially empty Hennessy was found in the wreckage, according to charging documents. While trying to get a blood sample at an area hospital, Jackson began complaining of body aches that she said were caused by the crash.
