The Yankees are getting a much-needed bat.
The club is acquiring outfielder/second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. in a trade with the Marlins, The Post’s Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman confirmed Saturday.
Catching prospect Agustin Ramirez is one of the prospects headed back to Miami in the deal ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline. It was not immediately clear where the Yankees plan to play Chisholm, who started the year playing center field but had recently moved back to second base.
