Warning: contains spoilers for Uncanny Spider-Man #2The X-Men hero Nightcrawler is regularly listed as one of Marvel Comics' most iconic sex symbols, with his insatiable flirting and irresistible charm seeming like their own secondary mutation.
In Uncanny Spider-Man #2, from writer Si Spurrier and artists Lee Garbett and Matt Milla, Vulture has hired the Symkarian mercenary Silver Sable and her team to capture Nightcrawler, while a rampaging Rhino attacks the hero. Luckily for Kurt, Sablinova quickly realizes how attracted she is to the acrobatic mutant, kissing him and inadvertently helping him escape custody.
It seems like those inside the Marvel Universe have a similar theory after Silver Sable raises the same question to Nightcrawler following an intense urge to kiss him. Sablinova grabs Nightcrawler's prehensile tail and immediately notices how velvety soft it is, refusing to let go of it while Kurt regales her with a beautifully poetic description of a Symkarian sunrise.
