On June 7, the Revelry All-Star Chefs Dinner, hosted by Christopher Lee, VP of culinary at Wynn Las Vegas, will feature a six-course tasting experience from Philip Tessier ; Brad Kilgore ; Angie Mar ; Margarita Manzke ; and Jen Yee .On June 5 at Wing Lei, Executive Chef Xian Ming Yu will host the chefs of Wynn Macau for an East Meets Best Collaboration Dinner.
At the Casbah Marketplace, James Beard Foundation Award–honored chef Alon Shaya of Safta 1964 at Wynn Las Vegas will entice diners with the flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East, alongside chefs Laura and Sayat Ozyilmaz of San Francisco’s Dalida.
