KIM JONG-UN is not willing to resume talks with US President Donald Trump over its nuclear programme according to a senior North Korean official, sparking fears of conflict between the two world superpowers.

North Korean vice foreign minister Choe Son Hui has warned the US Kim Jong-Un has no intention of changing policy and surrendering its nuclear weapons.
