I have been an international traveler for years now. (woow! feeling Heart at Pia, ha!) But this is my first time in San Francisco, California, USA. (ako na ang California Girl!).
SFO has this happy vibe. No wonder some Pinoy films were shot here and some OPM songs paid tribute to this place. I have been an international traveler for years now. But this is my first time in San Francisco, California, USA. .
This was a last-minute travel plan. I couldn't say no to the invitation of my loved ones: Tito Pab and Tita Imee Leabres, Sae and Cristine Park, and Bryan Talatala. SFO has this happy vibe. No wonder some Pinoy films were shot here and some OPM songs paid tribute to this place. The controversial Castro was our first stop. We also went there for the Halloween celebration. Thank you to our friend, Gizelle Rivamonte, who organized a spooky party and provided all the costumes.
We also witnessed the Dia De Los Muertos event. This is an annual tradition that celebrates the legacy of the departed loved ones. They would put altars and flowers in the park. Parade and Costumes are also part of the occasion. Visiting the Golden Gate Bridge was, of course, part of our itinerary. Tourist destinations are everywhere. Thank you to all those Pinoys who took time to approach me to say hello.
