The Amazon.com Inc. -owned grocer, which operates across nine regions, will now have six, according to a Thursday memo viewed by The Wall Street Journal. The company is adjusting structures of some corporate teams resulting in staff cuts, according to the memo. Employees affected by the restructuring will be informed Thursday. Whole Foods isn’t closing any stores or facilities, the memo said.
