A 36-inch live, balsam wreath with flags representing each branch of the military, and a prisoners of war/missing in action flag will be put on display at the Alabama Fallen Heroes Memorial at the Capitol. Leaders in Alabama say it is a way to show the sacrifices made will never be forgotten.
