The Texas Rangers will take on the Arizona Diamondbacks in a best-of-seven series that starts Friday, Oct.
If you want to be there, the first two games will be played in Texas at Globe Life Field beginning Oct. 27 before the series moves to Chase Field in Phoenix for Games 3, 4 and 5 starting on Monday, Oct. 30. The series then moves back to Texas for the final two games, should it go that far, beginning on Friday, Nov. 3.The Rangers became the first team to punch their card to the Fall Classic, eliminating the defending champion Houston Astros in seven games.
No team, however, is hotter than the surprising Diamondbacks. The D-backs clawed their way into the postseason with a scrappy 84-78 record and then came back from an 0-2 deficit in the NLCS to defeat the vaunted Philadelphia Phillies in seven games. The team seemingly finds a different way to win each night. Their big three of Christian Walker, Corbin Carroll and Ketel Marte combined to hit 83 home runs.
