Cape Town – The United Nations’ health agency frequently states how many of its employees have tested positive for Covid-19, but is not willing to disclose how many of its staff members have been vaccinated.

World Health Organisation director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has admitted being vaccinated, but medical privacy rules have made it difficult for the agency to release more data on how many of its employees have been vaccinated, AP reported.In reference to UN staff, UN Geneva spokesperson Alessandra Vellucci said: ’’We don’t disclose this kind of information. It’s something that is said to the medical service.
