Construction has kicked off on an exclusive residential tower on the edge of Highland Park.
The 20-story Galatyn apartment high-rise is being built at McKinney and Monticello avenues just east of the Park Cities. Several small commercial buildings were demolished to make way for the project.A project of Dallas-based StreetLights Residential, the luxury residential tower will include only 56 units that average 2,700 square feet in size. That’s about three times the average size of typical Dallas-Fort Worth apartments.
