Crews began taking down the iconic Fourth Avenue Theatre sign in downtown Anchorage on Thursday.
Kurt Komyati has competed multiple times on the History Channel show Forged In Fire, and won his most recent episode."When I was on Forged In Fire it was a blast. I had a really good time.
Everyone there was very very professional and I had a lot of fun competing against some very, very talented bladesmiths, and I enjoyed every second of it,” Komyati said. “I’m proud to say that I’m a Forged In Fire champion. I’m a two-time gladiator of the forge, which is a pretty good feat to have and a big confidence booster for me.”
