A Woodland Hills midcentury-modern home with ties to Mark Ballas of “Dancing With the Stars” fame and his wife, the singer Brittany “BC Jean” Carlson, is on the market for $2.649 million.

Ballas, 39, is a professional ballroom dancer and three-time “Dancing with the Stars” champion. The 38-year-old is best known for writing the song “If I Were a Boy,” made famous by Beyonce.
