, Sofie said: ‘I went to the toilet and then I went to flush it and I really had to push down on the button to get it to work, so I was a bit confused.‘I sort of looked at them for a second and thought… that’s not right.’A very Aussie reaction given most of us Brits would have run a mile and potentially burned our house down never to return.

After the shocking discover, Sofie simply called her friend who she said ‘came and wrangled them out for me, because I was not touching them.’ Apparently Sofie believes the snakes came in through cracks in the floorboards of her house, although it’s not clear why they decided to make the toilet their new abode.
