An Arizona woman who's earning $100,000 a year in a hybrid setup just resigned after her employer asked her to return to office full-time.that"Felicia," a 53-year-old administrator, said that for over a year and a half, her office required them to report on-site for two days and work from home for three days, describing it as"the perfect work-life balance."
She said she gets"a lot more work done" in the hybrid setup, and that going to the office meant"distractions and interruptions."
