A 25-year-old woman who was walking outside a the time was shot in the thigh and transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she was listed in fair condition. Police said the driver of the red sedan lost control of his vehicle and hit a parked vehicle, which pushed into a second parked vehicle and injured a 52-year-old man. The injured man was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition."We heard a gunshots and we were like oh wow, and we came out and we saw and saw the ambulance," neighborhood resident Joshua Leveh said."I heard 'boom, boom, boom' ,then thinking suddenly gunfire. My roommate said it's probably a car backfiring," McDougald said."I had not too much earlier been walking down the same street because it was so such a nice night," neighborhood resident Ande Borkowski said. "It's a little unsettling."
