The incident began after 5 p.m. along the 100 block of Evans Avenue in Willow Grove, when Upper Moreland Township police and EMT crews responded to a report of a woman waving a gun around,Officials said that upon arrival, the woman pointed her gun at the EMTs and was told by police to drop the weapon.
She did not comply but instead pointed it at police.
