The woman was in stable condition at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the foot, authorities said..
The shooting was reported at 7:58 a.m. Wednesday at the camp at Sixth Street and Broadway, underneath Interstate 880. Authorities said the woman who was shot lives at the camp.A motive for the shooting is under investigation.
