Assistant U.S. Attorney Rick Calvert said the defendant knew her husband would not be “coming back alive” when they walked out the front door together that morning.Eric Barnes, a Dallas police detective, testified at the hearing that Lopez considered shooting the witness but decided against it because he had only one goal that day.Calvert said that shortly after her husband’s murder, Jennifer Faith was sexting the killer, who called her “Angel” in his messages.
