Woman posed as doctor and prescribed medicine, authorities say

The 62-year-old pretended to be a relative who has a medical license, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

A 62-year-old New Jersey woman posed as a doctor by presenting herself as a family member who has a medical license, authorities said.

She wrote multiple prescriptions under the name of Dr. Fe Almazon-Condit and submitted multiple insurance claims and bills for services while the latter was “unable to see patients,” the prosecutor’s office said.
