A woman lost her hand and a 17-year-old boy was also injured in an Oakland hit-and-run vehicle crash Saturday.
OAKLAND — A 39-year-old woman suffered a severed hand and other injuries Saturday afternoon and a 17-year-old boy was also injured when the speeding car they were passengers in crashed near downtown, authorities said.The crash happened about 4:29 p.m. Saturday.
The woman, a Union City resident who was the right front seat passenger, suffered a severed right hand, a broken arm and internal injuries, authorities said. She was in critical condition at a hospital.
