She was waiting for a train at the station when a man walked up, grabbed her bike and started to ride away.
ARVADA, Colo. — Malinda Smith wrote an e-mail to 9NEWS a few weeks ago, looking for help finding a man who stopped a thief from stealing her bike while she waited for a train at the RTD Olde Town Arvada station.
“I just wasn’t going to let him get my bike," Smith said."That’s all I was thinking, was like 'Oh no, you don’t.'" A man who was waiting to board a train farther down the platform saw the situation happening. He stepped in, grabbed the handlebar on the bike and stopped the thief.
