A motorist from Surprise, Arizona had a surprise of her own while driving Sept. 28 in Chagrin Falls. An officer stopped her on West Summit Street for improperly displaying her license plate. While checking her ID an officer determined she had a felony drug trafficking warrant out of Mayfield Heights.
