SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect who shot and killed a woman and critically wounded a man at a south east side home early Wednesday morning.When officers arrived at the home, they found a female victim dead in the garage and a man in his 30s with a gunshot wound to his chest and two more in his arm. He was taken to BAMC in critical condition.
