Police: Woman killed in North Lawndale hit-and-run

The car was reported by police to be driving at a high rate of speed.The driver of the vehicle didn’t stop following the accident, police said.
The driver is not in custody. The Major Accidents unit of the Chicago Police Department is investigating.
