The sheriff’s office said the inmate experienced the medical emergency about 12:15 a.m. Life-saving measures were immediately taken before the woman was transported to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, where she was pronounced dead.Her name and cause of death are not currently available, the sheriff’s office said, but will be released by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
