She is also charged with using stolen cards to make cash withdrawals and buy goods from high-end retailers.
Malina Ioana Giurgiu is set to appear in Southwark Crown Court after her case was sent for trial by Westminster Magistrates’ Court on March 27.
The 23-year-old is accused of conspiring with more than 10 others to defraud elderly and vulnerable members of the public by deceiving them into parting with their debit or credit cards and revealing their pin numbers.This was allegedly done “with a view to those cards being used to withdraw cash or make payments”.
