Police are investigating after the body of a woman was discovered at a unit in central Brisbane on Thursday evening.
Police were called to Franklin Street in Annerley about 9pm on Thursday where they discovered the body of a 45-year-old woman.
A 53-year-old man - who is known to the woman and at the unit when police arrived - has been assisting with inquiries."Just a lot of banging. I heard some banging, it was quite full on. There's always something," he told Channel 7.Police have established a crime scene and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the woman's death.
