Emergency service teams were called to the Lux Nightclub in Belfast
Police are investigating after a woman was found dead at a nightclub in Belfast and another was taken to hospital. Emergency services were called to the Lux nightclub on Dunbar Street in the centre of Northern Irish capital city at 2.20am on Sunday December 1 following reports that two women had been found unconscious. On arrival at the scene, the emergency workers found that one of the women, who was in her 20s, had sadly died.
Sadly upon the arrival of the emergency services, one of the women was found to have passed away. 'The other was taken to hospital where she remains undergoing treatment. Police enquiries are at a very early stage and anyone who believes they may have information that could assist, can contact police on 101, or submit information online via http://www.psni.police.uk/makeareport/ .' Sinn Féin MLA Órlaithí Flynn spoke of her sadness.
