As CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports, shots rang around 4:15 p.m. Thursday inside a parking garage underneath a busy medical building on Marcus Avenue. Police say a 33-year-old woman was shot multiple times. She was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead."Late this afternoon, a Northwell employee was shot in the publicly-accessible parking garage of our facility at 1999 Marcus Avenue, a collection of physician offices and specialty care practices. Several team members rendered aid at the scene and the victim was transported to an area hospital and pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at
