A Cumberland County woman is facing charges of child endangerment and animal cruelty after troopers found her home covered in urine and feces, and seven dogs were allegedly trapped in one room.
A criminal complaint from Pennsylvania State Police says that on July 30, a 10-year-old autistic child was found walking alone in pouring rain along Enola Road by Cumberland County Sheriffs Department. Upon arrival at the home, troopers spoke with Nailor, who claimed that she didn’t know the child had been missing, saying that she believed the child was with their grandmother, according to court documents.
Troopers also reported finding seven dogs locked in an unsanitary room without access to clean water or food.
