Woman dies after being found with 'major trauma' in CVS parking lot in Cypress area
A woman died Tuesday after she was found seriously injured in a parking lot near Cypress, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Emergency responders at about 3:30 p.m. were called to the intersection of Barker Cypress and West Road, authorities said.When they arrived they found a woman on the ground behind a CVS, according to the Sheriff's Office. The woman appeared to have suffered"major trauma" and was flown to a Houston hospital, where she died, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Authorities said it hadn't been determined if the woman had been hit by a vehicle, or if she had jumped or been pushed from a moving vehicle.
