The man and woman have not been identified, and their ages have not been specified.
Police said the incident was domestic in nature – saying there was no threat to the community. But they were not calling it a murder-attempted suicide as of late Wednesday.
Neighbors on Pebble Beach Court came home shocked to see police on their quiet block. One neighbor, Michael Sloan, told CBS 2 he had recently just this week saw the woman outside – and she embraced him with a hug after he had been out of town for medical reasons. Sloan said he was told the woman who had embraced him upon coming home was the same one who was killed Wednesday, but he was"holding out hope that it's not true."
