PHOENIX — A woman is dead after a head-on crash involving a Valley Metro bus in Phoenix Monday morning.ABC15 crews at the scene spoke with a bus passenger, Vijay Kumar Boda, who said the crash occurred when the driver of the car went into the wrong lanes of traffic and hit the bus head-on.Three passengers on the bus reportedly suffered minor injuries during the collision.

Officials say Stewart was heading northbound on 19th Avenue from Cactus Road when she veered into the southbound lanes onto oncoming traffic. "The vehicle collided into the west curb just before colliding with a city bus, which heading southbound on 19th Ave," a Phoenix police spokesperson said.
