Sunny Kathrinne White, 28, was arrested Saturday and charged with five felonies including vehicular homicide while under the influence in connection with the death of Mika Josephine Westwolf, 22.

In addition to the homicide charge, White was charged with accidents involving another person or deceased person, two counts of criminal child endangerment, and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.“Evidence from the scene indicates that Westwolf was walking in the northbound lane of travel near the fog line when she was struck by the suspect vehicle,” the affidavit states.

The deputy saw a woman, later identified as White, and asked her what happened to the vehicle. She said she had hit a deer but did not remember where it happened.
